Who receives your enquiry?
Enquiries are received by Dr Nicky Grant. You can contact me directly at nicky.L.grant@gmail.com.
What information is collected?
The enquiry form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, area, subject, student level, deadline, exam board, grades, module details, software used and your message.
How is it used?
The information is used to reply to your enquiry, assess whether tuition is a suitable fit, arrange a free consultation and, if you choose to continue, organise tuition sessions.
Who is it shared with?
The form is processed through Formspree, which delivers the message. Your details are not sold. They are only shared where needed to handle the enquiry, provide tuition, comply with legal obligations or protect safety.
School-age students
For A-Level and admissions enquiries, a parent or guardian may contact me on behalf of a student.
How long is information kept?
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond, manage any tuition relationship and keep appropriate records. You can ask for your enquiry information to be deleted where there is no continuing need to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where appropriate. To do this, email nicky.L.grant@gmail.com.
