Free consultation
We have a free 30 to 45 minute conversation to understand your goals, work out where the difficulty is, and agree a plan. There is no obligation to continue.
First session
If it is a good fit, we book a first session. Sessions are paid per session with no upfront commitment, and the rate is always confirmed before anything is booked.
